Knife Sharpening 101

As a chef, when ever I go out socializing, one of the questions that is among the most asked is,, How do you sharpen a knife.?

Since this is defenately as much of an art form as creating the knife itself, I felt it best to leave the teaching to someone who really knows the most about knife sharpening in the industry.

I didnt think I should try to reinvent the wheel or come up with some better way to keep you well informed.

 Steve Bottorff, has created an excellent knife sharpening walkthru, complete with pictures and very in depth description and instructions.
